About Bilbo
Bilbo Baggins is a hobbit, the central character in the J. R. R. Tolkien novel The
Hobbit, and a minor character in its sequel, The Lord of the Rings. He is the first ring-bearer in the history of Middle-earth to give up the One Ring voluntarily.
In the Lord of the Rings films directed by Peter Jackson, Bilbo is played by Ian
Holm.
About Frodo
Frodo Baggins is a hobbit and the main character of J. R. R. Tolkien's novel The Lord of the
Rings. He thought of Bilbo as his uncle, although Frodo was actually his first and second cousin once removed, since his mother was Bilbo's first cousin, and his father was Bilbo's second
cousin. In the Lord of the Rings films directed by Peter Jackson, Frodo is played by
Elijah Wood.
